Celebrations of Learning
At QCE, children don’t just “do” activities—they celebrate them! We create special weeks and events such as Science Week: a celebration of experiments, discovery, and cause and effect, or Cultural Celebrations that highlight the stories and traditions of families in our community. We prioritise children’s health by following strict hygiene practices, illness exclusion periods, and NSW Health guidelines. Families are supported with clear communication about when children can return.

All medications are administered safely and only with written family authorisation. Care plans for asthma, allergies, and other medical needs are followed diligently.
Child Safe Environment Policy
Supervision and Behaviour Guidance Policy
Children are supported through positive guidance, consistent boundaries, and respectful relationships. Our focus is on helping children regulate behaviour and learn social skills in a safe way.
Sun Protection Policy
We follow Cancer Council guidelines to protect children from harmful UV rays. This includes sunscreen, hats, shade, and sun-safe outdoor play times.
