Miss Fiona
Founder & Director
Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood)
As the visionary behind QCE Child Care, Miss Fiona founded the centre in March 2009 with a passion for creating a high-quality early learning environment that families could truly trust. With over 17 years of leadership experience and a deep love for education, Fiona continues to drive QCE’s mission: to nurture confident, capable children through purposeful care and learning. “I believe in leading with heart, trust, and a forward-thinking approach to education.”
Miss Rose
Lead Educator - Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Bachelor of Primary Teaching & Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Miss Rose leads with both heart and academic rigour. Her dual qualifications enable her to craft dynamic learning environments that balance school readiness with play-based learning. She brings a rich understanding of developmental needs and supports our team in delivering meaningful, child-focused programs across the centre.
Miss Skye
Business Administrator
Miss Skye supports the smooth operation of QCE behind the scenes—managing enrolments, administration, and family communications. Her qualifications in administration systems and her exceptional attention to detail ensure every family interaction is timely, caring, and aligned with our values.
Miss Luisa
Lead Educator – Diploma Qualified
Miss Luisa brings a warm and caring presence to the learning environment and has a strong appreciation for outdoor play and exploration. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and enjoys creating engaging, play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Miss Luisa values building strong relationships with children and families and strives to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where children can learn, explore, and thrive.
Miss Isha
Lead Educator – Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
Miss Isha is a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about creating engaging and nurturing learning experiences for young children. With a strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks, she supports children to build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Miss Isha values building positive relationships with children and families and is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Miss Sarah is known for her strong relationships with children and families, her mentoring of educators, and her calm, nurturing presence. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, she is dedicated to creating environments that support children’s wellbeing, resilience, and creativity.
